In-Depth Product Overview

The GT 350-96 is a compact, durable stainless steel straight centrifugal pump designed for continuous-duty, low-pressure applications in industrial, commercial, and general service settings. Ideal for liquid transfer, circulation, cooling, chemical processing, and dirty water handling (semi-solids up to 1/8" diameter). The close-coupled design mounts directly to the motor for easy installation and minimal footprint.

Features a corrosion-resistant 300 Series stainless steel construction, self-cleaning semi-open impeller, Viton seals for chemical resistance, and pull-from-rear service without disturbing piping. Requires flooded suction (not self-priming).

Performance Curves – Flow vs. Head

Understand how the pump performs: Flow decreases as head (pressure) increases. Here are typical performance curves for the GT 350-96 and similar small stainless steel centrifugal models:

Here are real-world examples of pump performance curves:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this pump self-priming? A: No—requires flooded suction; use a foot valve or priming if needed on suction side.

Q: What liquids can it handle? A: Clean water, light chemicals, dirty water with small semi-solids (up to 1/8"); temperatures 40–200°F; check compatibility with Viton seals.
